Easy distance run today 10 miles at a 6:55ish average. My ankle hurt a little during the run, I need to make sure I ice it tonight.
After the run I did a weight workout consisting of bench press 3x10 reps 75lb and a fouth set of 15 reps 80lb, curls 3x10 at 30lb (15lb each arm), push press 3x10 50lb, butterfly press 3x10 50lb
