Had a speed workout today, it would have been easier if I had not eaten a decent sized pile of Tootsie Rolls right before, had some stomach problems during the run...
Speed Workout: 2x 1000m, 3x 800m, 4x 400m all at goal 2 mile pace, my splits were 3:08.78, 3:08.36, 2:32.64, 2:33.31, 2:31.63, 1:12.12, 1:11.11, 1:10.56, 1:13.93.
Afterwards we finished up our miles at a 7:15 mile average
