| Location: West Jordan,Ut,United States Member Since: Jan 16, 2015 Gender: Male Goal Type: Highschool Champ Running Accomplishments: I have been apart of Lehi's Cross Country and Track teams for four years. I was a member of the varsity team when we took 3rd at the Utah 5A State Championship. In that race I took 28 with a time of 16:18. My PR was at NXR Southwest where I took 47th place with a 15:43. During my junior track season I ran the 800m, 1600m, and the 3200m. At the State Championships I ran the 800 leg of Lehi's Medley Relay and helped break the school record, we finished 6th with a time of 3:35.97. In my senior track season I qualified for state, and the Arcadia Invitational in the 3200m. I finished the season with a PR in the 1600m as a 4:24.8, and a 9:32.58 in the 3200m. I have also competed in the AF Canyon half marathon placing 7th with a time of 1:16:55. Short-Term Running Goals: I would like to get my 5k time closer to 15:00 maybe even sub 15:00, and an 8k around 25:00. Long-Term Running Goals: I would mostly like to keep on improving. I would like to run at least one marathon, and race a triathalon. Personal: I ran for Lehi High School. I was the distance team captain for the track team. I'm eighteen years old. | Today we did a mile speed changes on the track, going easy on the turns and fast on the strait aways. After that we finished up our distance with a 6:42 mile average. I was feeling a little sore at first but after we started going I started to feel better. When we got back I took an ice bath, hopefully it helps.

Oh and side note, on our run today we encountered a group of highly imaginative idiotic jr high students who, for some reason, felt compelled to call us homos (in my case asian homo) needless to say I gave them the bird and continued on with my run... fun stuff

| Easy distance run with a premeet workout in the middle. We couldn't use the track for premeet since there was a jr. high meet taking place so we ended up doing our 400s around a park. We had a 7:02 mile average. I'll admit that I wasn't feeling the greatest today, I had a stomach cramp nearly the entire run, but it went away with roughly a mile left to go. I did feel loose which is good, and I am feeling ready for the Davis Super Meet tomorrow.

| Ran the mile at the Davis Super Meet today, I felt good during my race but I know that the 2nd and 3rd laps were way to slow, I wanted to speed up a little but I was cut-off and boxed in. I managed to take 5th place and score some points for Lehi. After that I ran as the anchor leg in a 4x800m team. We took first by a good 6 seconds with a 8:25.36. I'm fairly happy with it. Throughout the meet we ran the rest of our milage in warm ups and cool downs.

| Distance run today, I was super tired from yesterdays races so the run was quite difficult. My knee also started to hurt a little bit so I cut up my mileage a bit doing some in Lehi, taking a break and doing the rest at home. Had a 7:30ish average so pretty slow going for me. Hope I feel better tomorrow.
