| Location: West Jordan,Ut,United States Member Since: Jan 16, 2015 Gender: Male Goal Type: Highschool Champ Running Accomplishments: I have been apart of Lehi's Cross Country and Track teams for four years. I was a member of the varsity team when we took 3rd at the Utah 5A State Championship. In that race I took 28 with a time of 16:18. My PR was at NXR Southwest where I took 47th place with a 15:43. During my junior track season I ran the 800m, 1600m, and the 3200m. At the State Championships I ran the 800 leg of Lehi's Medley Relay and helped break the school record, we finished 6th with a time of 3:35.97. In my senior track season I qualified for state, and the Arcadia Invitational in the 3200m. I finished the season with a PR in the 1600m as a 4:24.8, and a 9:32.58 in the 3200m. I have also competed in the AF Canyon half marathon placing 7th with a time of 1:16:55. Short-Term Running Goals: I would like to get my 5k time closer to 15:00 maybe even sub 15:00, and an 8k around 25:00. Long-Term Running Goals: I would mostly like to keep on improving. I would like to run at least one marathon, and race a triathalon. Personal: I ran for Lehi High School. I was the distance team captain for the track team. I'm eighteen years old. Ran out of gas around mile 6-7, I don't think I ate enough today, something I need to work on.

| After the warm up I did 2 miles of speed changes, that is slow on the curves and fast on the straits. Afterwards I finished up 10 miles.
I felt a little sick today so I couldn't go as fast as I wanted to, but I did hold a 7:05 mile average so I'm fairly happy with that.

| Started the distance run with a 4 mile tempo run. Went a little slower than I wanted to but im still a little sick. I averaged around a 5:55 mile. The I finished up my mileage staying around a 6:50 mile.
Rout was a little hilly today which made the run somewhat harder, plus I wasn't feeling the greatest, hopefully i'll be back at 100% next week.
