Easy distance run with a premeet workout in the middle. We couldn't use the track for premeet since there was a jr. high meet taking place so we ended up doing our 400s around a park. We had a 7:02 mile average. I'll admit that I wasn't feeling the greatest today, I had a stomach cramp nearly the entire run, but it went away with roughly a mile left to go. I did feel loose which is good, and I am feeling ready for the Davis Super Meet tomorrow.
