Today was the day of the race, first mile was right on pace around 5:00 second mile was when my calves started to tighten up and it went downhill from there, I havn't been feeling the greatest lately and it definitly showed in todays race, it felt like utter crap, I'm suprised I even managed to finish. Was barely able to do any kind of cool down because my legs were so tight... overall not the greatest day
