Interesting day today. The workout was supposed to be a hard mile followed by 16x400m and finished up by another hard mile. I got through the mile and 7 of the 400s before my calf tightened up to the point where it hurt to walk and my coach told me to call it a day. When I visited the trainer he told me that my form is what is causing my calf to hurt so much since I'm running on my toes a lot, which means I have to go back to square one on my form and try to get off of my toes...
