Mile and a half warmup today, I was wanting to go 2 but my calves were already hurting so I decided to turn around early to get some stretching in. The wrokout was 5x 1000m followed by 6 x 400m, I sorta made it through the first 1000m and halfway through the second. My first set was extreamly painful but I managed to get through it although I did finish behind the pack. Afterwards I managed to get through a small cooldown before getting work done by the trainers.
