Short but fast speed workout today 3 sets of 1x 200m, 1x 400m, 1x 200m with the 200m at 800m pace and the 400m at 1600m pace. splits were 34.71,70.46, 33.79, 31.89, 71.59, 34.38, 32.10, 67.72, 32.78 respectivly. Was hurting a little and it was quite windy so they weren't as fast as I wanted them to be, soon I guess, after I ice a little.
Afterwards we finished up our milage with a 7:52 mile average.
