Speed workout today it was 6 sets of 2x200m, 1x400m. I ran with the other injured members of the team so the times were managable, if anything we were going faster than we were supposed to. the rest of the team did 10 and after I finished my 6 I was feeling good so coach let me do a 7th. Overall a good day, my calves weren't giving me much trouble and I felt the best post workout than I have in a long while
