Today I ran another 6 miles however I did my run early in the morning without anything to eat beforehand so I was incredably exhausted, so lession learned, eat something before heading out. Anyhow it was a 7 minute mile average.
Turns out we also had our first XC practice today as well, since I ran in the morning I was told to cut it short in the afternoon I ended up running 4 miles at a 6:49 mile pace, I was able to easily keep up with the team so far. After the distance run we did 8 strides and finished with an ab workout.
