Today was another weight workout followed by what was supposed to be a distance run, but the trainer had me on the water treadmill for another day... aparently I have tendonitis in my ankle. So I've been taking it easy but we think that I should still be able to run on Saturday as long as I'm smart with the training tomorrow. I talked to my coach about goals for Saturday and he said that he thinks I could finish in the mid 25 minutes which seems like a lofty goal but it just might be achievable, we shall see if it happens.
