Today was supposed to be a speed workout but after the warm up my ankle was giving me problems that it hurt to walk, so my coach had me run on the water treadmill instead. I was an incredably cool experience for like 5 minutes and then it just turns into any other experience on a treadmill except you are in the water. I ran for a good 40 minutes. I've been taking it easy today and will take it easy tomorrow so that I will be in good shape for Saturday.
