Today we did fartleks on the grass. My coach told me to stop if I start to hurt because he wants me to be ready for the race on friday, I made it through a couple before I had to stop and I did a couple of easy miles to wind down. The trainer said that my calves have gotten a lot better from when he first started seeing me which is good. I am planning to do another 30 minutes on the water treadmill after classes today to work on my form.
