Today we did a mile speed changes on the track, going easy on the turns and fast on the strait aways. After that we finished up our distance with a 6:42 mile average. I was feeling a little sore at first but after we started going I started to feel better. When we got back I took an ice bath, hopefully it helps.

Oh and side note, on our run today we encountered a group of highly imaginative idiotic jr high students who, for some reason, felt compelled to call us homos (in my case asian homo) needless to say I gave them the bird and continued on with my run... fun stuff
