Today we drove to a nearby park to do 3x 3200m repeats at 5:35 pace. I made it through the first one with out any difficulty but halfway through the second one my calf started to hurt and around the 1.5 mile mark I hit a root wrong and wrecked my ankle... after I tried to do some hill repeats with the team but I only got a couple in before I started to feel it in my calf again. My calf is getting better but I still have a bit of a ways to go
