Today we started with a 2 mile warmup, we then ran a 3 mile tempo run around the track staying around a 5:40 pace. After that we did 8x400s around the football field going a little faster than race pace. I felt good throughout the workout and was able to keep up with the group, I even paced the last mile of the 3 mile tempo run, although I might need to get a little better at maintaining a steady pace, I kinda flucuated a bit.
