Today the workout was a 3 mile tempo run around the track at 5:20 mile pace followed by 6x200m as fast as you can. For once my calves felt good for a workout, they were a little tight but it wasn't bothering me that much and I thought that I would be able to make it all the way through the workout but a little after the second mile my foot hit the small railing that is on the inside of the track since it was jutting out into lane 1 and I rolled my ankle. I was able to make it through the 200s but I was stopped at 2 during the tempo run. It was rather disapointing
