Todays workout was 12x800m with the goal pace being between 2:30 and 2:35. Our first few were around 2:33, but then we dropped down to around 2:28 for the rest of them with our last one going all out and dropping to 2:24. I felt good and comfortable throughout the workout but about halfway through my ankle started to hurt, I saw the trainer about it and he stretched it out so hopefully this problem won't continuemuch longer.
