Todays workout was a 2 mile warmup followed by 8x1000m on the grass followed by 6x200m also on the grass finishing with a mile cooldown. I got to try out my new flats on the workout today which was nice, they felt good but they are a little heavier than what I'm used to but other than that they were good. I felt pretty good during the 1000m, I never really got a good start but I was able to really open up and finish with the first group.
