| Location: West Jordan,Ut,United States Member Since: Jan 16, 2015 Gender: Male Goal Type: Highschool Champ Running Accomplishments: I have been apart of Lehi's Cross Country and Track teams for four years. I was a member of the varsity team when we took 3rd at the Utah 5A State Championship. In that race I took 28 with a time of 16:18. My PR was at NXR Southwest where I took 47th place with a 15:43. During my junior track season I ran the 800m, 1600m, and the 3200m. At the State Championships I ran the 800 leg of Lehi's Medley Relay and helped break the school record, we finished 6th with a time of 3:35.97. In my senior track season I qualified for state, and the Arcadia Invitational in the 3200m. I finished the season with a PR in the 1600m as a 4:24.8, and a 9:32.58 in the 3200m. I have also competed in the AF Canyon half marathon placing 7th with a time of 1:16:55. Short-Term Running Goals: I would like to get my 5k time closer to 15:00 maybe even sub 15:00, and an 8k around 25:00. Long-Term Running Goals: I would mostly like to keep on improving. I would like to run at least one marathon, and race a triathalon. Personal: I ran for Lehi High School. I was the distance team captain for the track team. I'm eighteen years old. | Morning 4 mile run at a 7:06 mile average pace.
In the afternoon we ran the dream mile and a half, a mile and a half race almost entirely uphill, it was super windy and cold so I was considerably slower than usual clocking in at 9:15.

| Speed workout today 5x500m with the first 400m at goal 800m pace and the last 100m an all out sprint. Went slower than I wanted to but it was rather windy. Afterwards finished up milage with a 7:20 mile pace.

| Whistle hills today, 3 sets of 3 all out sprints up a hill to see how far you can make it before the whistle goes off. Felt fairly good, little sore. Afterwards we finished up our milage.

| Morning speed workout today rather difficult it was 20x400m. The first 5 were at 5k pace, the next 5 were at 3200m pace, next 5 at current mile pace, last 5 at goal mile pace. Not gonna lie, these did hurt but I managed to stay approximatly on pace for all of them. Then we finished up our miles and had a nice team breakfast.
